The Franklin Pain and Wellness Center Care to Share Program
What is it:
A Care to Share Card is a referral card that a current FPWC patient can give to their friends, family, co-workes and anyone else as an invitation to make an appointment at The Franklin Pain and Wellness Center.
How does it work?
You give out the card, the recipient of the card schedules and comes in for an appointment and you get a $5 gift card to Dunkin Doughnuts or Starbucks, your choice!
How do I get Care to Share Cards?
Ask for some when you come in for your appointment or contact the office by phone or e-mail and we'll mail some out to you.
